Investigation of Teachers' Perception Levels of Organizational Cynicism and Organizational Loneliness

This research was carried out to determine the organizational cynicism and loneliness perception levels of teachers in distance education process. It tried whether opinions differ significantly terms gender, branch, marital status seniority. In this context, relatonal survey model preferred as model.
